If the Biochem class I took was in the Biochemistry Department at my school should I designate it as a Chemistry, Biology, or Other Science course?

It's chemistry prison mike. I think.

But guys, he didn't take it in the Bio dept or the Chem dept. He took it in the Biochem dept!

@brochacho3 Just put one or the other. For your particular situation I doubt it matters much which you choose, but you want that course to be counted as BCP and not as "other" science.

The course subject says for CHEMISTRY :
Biochemistry (CHEM dept) is only acceptable
so if its not chem department its other science

I claimed mine as a biology class. Biochemistry is part of the BCMB curriculum, and BCMB is a concentration of a B.S. in Biology major at my school. It may be different elsewhere.

I put it as Chemistry designation because at my school Chemistry and Biochemistry are technically in the same department but there classes are listed as CHEM and BIOC respectively. Should I call ADEA about this?

In my school, Biochemistry is in the same room, same teacher, but different class codes based on major. Just put whatever you're registered for; just what the acronym is.
ex) mine is CHEM 463 so its considered chemistry.
Biology majors at my school have it at BIOL 465 or something.

This is my first post, and so, I apologize if I am posting this in the wrong place. No other section I can find seems to be a good fit, so here it goes:

My undergrad was from The George Washington University, in Biological Anthropology, and I have since completed a Masters Degree in Forensics Science from the top Forensic Science school in the nation. That said, I want to pursue Forensic Odontology, and so, am taking a post-bacc styled route now in an effort complete the last of the prereq's I'm going to need. My problem is, I am having a terrible time trying to figure out how to designate the classes I have taken to this point, so that I can figure out my SGPA. As I understand it, my Biological Anthropology class falls under Bio, but I have quite a few classes that I have no clue how to designate. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Here are the classes in question. I have no clue where these would fall:

ANTH 3411 Primatology
ANTH 3401 Human Functional Anatomy
ANTH 3802W Human Cultural Beginnings
ANTH 3413 Evolution of the Human Brain
ANTH 001 Biological Anthropology
ANTH 002 Sociocultural Anthropology
BISC 012 IntroBio-Bio of Organisms
BISC 3460 Conservation Biology
BISC 2451 History of Life
BISC 2452 Animal Behavior

Best,
Karla

The ANTH in from of first couple of courses are Anthro, therefore in non-science.

BISC might be Biology but not sure.

DentalDoge, thank you for your input. I know what the designations stand for. They are my undergrad classes. What I am trying to figure out is if any class labeled as a Bio (BISC) class counts toward the BCP and sGPA, or if classes such as BISC Conservation Biology (BISC is the Biological Sciences designation at the George Washington University; my undergrad institution) would be counted toward my BCP. I have referred to the AADSAS course subject 2015 .pdf, and it lists my ANTH Biological Anthropology class as a Bio class, and so, counting toward my BCP; I've uploaded the 2015 AADSAS Course Subject list for reference.
