is it important to know the equations for enzyme kinetics (michaelis menton, lineweaver burke plot, etc.) for the boards??

I would be familiar with them. For example, I had a question on my exam where I had to know that the X intercept of the Lineweaver Burke plot is -1/Km.

I've also been told that you might want to know that which way the line moves from baseline on the LB plot, whenever Km changes or Vmax changes.
