What do you consider need to know...?

My suggestion, RR biochemistry.

BRS Biochem Flashcards has a good sampling of clinically tested topics that are quick and easy to go through several times to burn them into your head

I agree. The BRS style fits most with my learning style. I know Lange also has a series but their pharm series was too verbose for me so I avoided them. If their is time available, I recommend adding a couple annotations from FA into them (ie - lysine and leucine are ketogenic and would not increase lactate in PDH deficiency). I think with limited time flash cards can really help solidify the material.
