Hey everyone,
Finding comprehensive board prep without paywalls, email funnels, or subscription pop-ups is getting harder every year.
Over the past few months, I built Tenderpoints Hub; a 100% free, client-side board prep platform with zero ads, no account creation, and no paywalls:
🔗 Link: Qbank Suite — Tenderpoints Hub
The site has a built-in DO/MD toggle in the navigation that dynamically switches between USMLE and COMLEX views. Here is what is included so far:
1. 8,570+ Board-Style Questions (Step/Level 1, 2-CK/CE, and 3)
• Comprehensive coverage across all major organ systems and core clinical specialties: Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Psychiatry, Family Med, Neuro, Pharm, and Pathology.
• Detailed answer explanations with full rationales for correct and incorrect choices.
• Great for daily mixed blocks or dedicated shelf exam prep.
2. Core Clinical & Visual Study Tools
• Visual Medical Atlas: 168 high-yield clinical pathology and histology cases.
• Clinical Arrows & Risk Factors: 580 high-yield physiological shifts and "#1 etiology" associations.
• Integrated Review Hubs: 663 searchable Divine Intervention podcast episodes with audio playback, plus Randy Neil Biostats video walkthroughs and formula sheets.
3. For DO Candidates: Dedicated OMM Bank & COMSAE Analyzer
• 660+ question block built specifically for the OMM COMAT shelf exam.
• Targeted drills on high-yield osteopathic topics: Chapman points, viscerosomatics, cranial, sacrum, autonomics, and counterstrain setups.
• Interactive COMSAE Score Analyzer: decodes your score reports into percentiles, projected pass margins, and highlights your highest-yield deficit subdomains.
4. 1-Click Anki Card Export
• Missed a question or want to keep a key diagnostic pearl fresh? One click exports any question directly into an Anki .apkg deck.
5. 100% Private & Browser-Saved
• Test sessions, question history, and custom notes are stored locally in your browser. No accounts, no emails collected, and no paywalls.
This is an open community project built to make high-yield board prep accessible to everyone. If you test it out on desktop or mobile, I’d love to hear your feedback or any suggestions for what to build next or how to improve it!
