Hello! I was wondering if someone could help decide what to take for this next semester. First of all Microbiology +lab is indispensable since I have to take other three courses that require it.
Aspects of Industrial Microbiology
Ecological Microbiology + Lab
Applied Microbiology +lab
I could take Developmental Biology+ lab but I don't know if its a good idea.

Inmunology is another one but since the professor here is very intense I don't want to take that with micro. So whats left for me? : Biochem with micro (plus two other easy clases) or developtmental biology with micro.

I think it depends on how difficult microbio is at your school. At mine, microbio was super easy (but lab took a lot of time outside of the dedicated class period), so it would be doable with biochem.

Can't comment on developmental biology since I never took that elective.

If it's not a pre req you should be able to do it. I'm taking both together this upcoming semester.

Yess, same ! Here it truly depends on the professor, specially on the lab. But I was worried if it was a bad idea mixing both , seems like is not haha. Thanks!

thank you guys for the reply! I'll look forward to the next semester then

I did microbio, genetics, biochem, and physics with their respective lab courses in one semester and I lived to tell the tale AND make good enough grades to get into medical school. It was rough at times, but still doable.
