I have a question regarding the biochemistry requirement for dental schools. I'm going to be applying for dental school in the 2021-2022 cycle, which is around May-June time of 2021. However, I can only take biochemistry in the fall of 2021, after I've already applied. Will that be an issue when applying? I don't exactly want to wait an entire cycle and lose a year, because I couldn't take the class.

Most schools require that you finish your pre-reqs by the time you matriculate (begin schoool). There are only a handful of schools that require that you finish your pre-reqs by the time you apply, I know one of them is Stony Brook. Not sure of the other schools but I think there only 2-3 others that do that.
