Seeing as it is getting late into this application cycle I am assuming that I will have to reapply for next cycle. I have a 3.8 GPA with no blemishes and a 29 (11,8,10) (Stats provided to help with advice). I had one interview but was denied, other than that I was denied by everywhere else. I am planning on enrolling in a one year certificate program through the Medical College of Wisconsin, but I was wondering what program you guys think would be better. One is in Clinical Bioethics and the other is in Clinical & Translational Science. I've researched both programs and they each seem to have their own benefit. What do you think would be a better program? Any advice is welcomed!

I am not sure if either are hard science programs, it is more to continue my education at a grad school level while still being able to work full time as an EMT.

Pick the one you might want to explore further through med school and consider this a primer to gauge your interest and develop skills.
