I think any topic will do, not just biology. When I took the DAT, the questions weren't about if you understood some complex bio concept, but if you can read quickly and retain the details. Ex..Unlike meteors, comets are believed to be XYZ because...and then you have to remember which paragraph talked about comets and what reasons were listed. Those are the kind of questions I had...
