Your major doesn't matter. I strongly recommend avoiding vocational majors like medical lab sciences / clinical lab sciences. They tend to require you to take a lot of very time consuming practical courses, take more time to complete in addition to the pre-med requirements, little time to contribute meaningfully to extracurricular activities / study for the MCAT properly, and are looked upon as less rigorous by adcoms.
So study whatever what you want, but study something you enjoy and are confident you can do well in.
