Biology Pre-Req's

Will most schools allow microbiology and human physiology satisfy the bio pre-req requirements?

I realize all schools may not have the same policy, and I'm currently emailing schools I am targeting, but can anyone shine some light on this for me in the meantime..?

Isn't the requirement just 1 year of biology with lab? That falls into that category right?

That's the thing..some schools state 1 year of biology...some state 1 year of general biology. I've called a couple that have stated general bio, and they've said micro/phys will count...Just wasn't sure if they were the exception, or if most schools will allow micro and phys to count.
