Biology specific processes

So I am using Dr. Collins to study and I notice that for a lot of the practice exams his questions are pretty generalized for processes. I remember one question was along the lines of "during krebs cycle...this breaks into this.." but how in-depth should we go into with processes like DNA replication, Kreb's cycle, etc.? Like would we have to know what specific molecules like DNA gyrase, DNA polymerase III, NADH dehydrogenase, etc, perform?
 
From the practice problems I did and Pearson's practice exams, it's not too specific. You'll still need to know the key enzymes like G6P, or Hexokinase etc, but not specifics.
 
For bio, I would not advise spending too much time on the specific molecules in the cycles. I don't believe I had one question on that. I would focus on microbiology. The test was very specific for micro, questions like "What organism causes tuberculosis" so look at all the Dr. Collins and commit that part to memory especially.

As far as credentials, I did not do well on the bio (69, 93 comp) and if I had it to do over, that is how I would have preceded from where you are.
 
I definitely struggled with microbio before I took the course, luckily I had the course this summer right before my September test date.
You need to know a lot of the names of the microscopic organisms and what diseases/symptoms they cause.
E. coli, Anthrax, Botulism, etc.
