I put flagella because it was an educated guess and of course it's wrong but why are the others closely related to microtubles.

Flagella and cilia are both structures important in cellular motility, and both are constructed from microtubules. The reason centrioles are closely related to microtubules is because the microtubules responsible for segregating chromosomes during mitosis radiate from them. Microfilaments are important in the microvilli, not microtubules.
