They sold out to Opko years ago. I don't see much of a future for them.

One of my fellows is considering interviewing for a job with them. Does anyone have experience working at Bioreference or any update regarding the stability of the company?

Google Opko health and you should find your answer.
They just don't seem positioned to compete well with quest and labcorp. My guess is that OPKO sells them off at some point IF they can find a buyer. If I were Quest or labcorp, I would just let them die off.
