Biostats question

Did anyone else have a biostats questions with a decision tree? It had to do with some hypothetical experiment with chemotherapy and surgery, but I think I may have messed it up because I had never seen one before and was trying to reason it out. It's killing me trying to remember the numbers in that question!

Not to hack your thread but I also had a weird biostats question. Anyway get a question with breast cancer survival curves, and it asked you what described the median survival? I had no idea what it was actually asking (I think my retelling of the question is actually a lot clearer than how it asked it), and it looked like there could be more than one answer.
