if you have the experience of bipolar RFA for chronic pain in HIP, let's discuss this topic

Nope, just regular RF. Bipolar might be too big a lesion near the femoral nerve or vascular for my liking.

What approach you prefer ? Vertical AP or anterolateral 70' for obturator branch . And femoral branch ?

Anterolateral for both

When I did these in fellowship we used the COOLIEF needles with pretty good results. But now in PP, cooled RF is harder to arrange. Do you use standard RF needles? Venom? What gauge?
I was thinking using 18g venom
