I'm curious what bladder filling instructions you guys use for prostate patients and whether there is an ideal number of ounces with an ideal timeframe before radiation that anyone has cemented. I usually recommend 24-30oz 30--60 minutes before treatment.

I start with that and then individualize based on cone beam and patient tolerance.

I use a bladder scan, actually an ultrasound device, to determine the volume before simulation and and treatment.
