Yes, I graduated Medical School (M.D.) and a top ten residency in Anesthesiology. I have 25+ years of clinical experience. But, I'm an MDA fortunate enough to work with CRNAs who are much smarter than me.😉 From time to time they even listen to my suggestions.

I once had a 40 y/o crna tell me he had 15 years of experience.
I wanted to say: " I didn't know hammer paging about K of 3.5 counted as clinical experience"

Actually, you should use an before MDA.
Don't provoke him please or he will search google, copy and paste hundreds of articles confirming why anesthesiologists should be called MDAs, and then accuse everyone who disagrees with his delusions of violating the standard of care!
Cool, just checking. I’m surprised someone with your academic prowess would refer to themselves as a “MDA”. 🙂

When I started using that title more than a decade ago my point was to explain to the residents what the future held; well, I really think MDA seems more appropriate with each passing year as the blurring of the lines has only gotten worse. I'll probably end my career working exactly as an
"MDA" making 20% more than my CRNA "colleagues" who put in 1/3 of my effort/work/time to earn their Independent practice.

What is with people being bothered by @BLADEMDA? He is harmless. He may accuse you of TOS violation, but he is unprovocative. He seems not to get too riled up when people attack/talk about him. So many other rough/tough people on this board.
