If you have enough credits, pre-reqs, and MCAT, then technically yes you can apply. A degree is not required to get accepted to pod school, but it would look better

Yes as long as you have the 90 credits, pre-reqs complete, and MCAT score you can apply and matriculate. However, I suggest completing your degree.
