anyone know a lab that does IHC and/or PCR detection from a paraffin block for detection of blastomycosis?
 
PCR from a paraffin block for that, not sure. However, depending on the circumstances of the case, the CDC has been a good source in the past in regards to infectious cases and they generally have the capability to do the unusual.
