In destroyer it says that arterioles have the greatest resistance, but why wouldnt it be capillaries. capillaries allow only 1 cell at a time to enter. any thoughts?
resistance of individual capillaries is high; however, the combined
diameters of the capillaries are much greater than the diameters of arterioles leading into them. Thus, the pressure drop is not as great.
