Blood Vessels Differ In Lenght????????

I read that when all the blood vessels are stretched to form a straight line the distance it covers is likely to cover half the distance from earth to moon (that's a long distance!). my question is that does this length differ with the height of a person? and does it differ from person to person of same height? (or maybe broadness too?)
