I am thinking of getting this for my year off job in the hospital. Every position in this one hospital requires a BLS. Is it ok for me to list it on my AAMCAS application without looking like I just wanna pad my resume? I assume that I will have a job by this June. Does anyone have this? It's a little better than CPR certificate, I guess.

It would look like resumé padding. Best to let the jobs speak for themselves.

You may choose to include mention of BLS training in your description of the job on your application, but BLS training in and of itself will not really give you any advantage in the application process.
