Are there online classes for BLS renewal where you don't have to go in for a 15 mins 'skills' test demonstration?

Basically my question is, can I renewal my BLS purely online without having to go in?

And they'll send me the card and everything afterwards.

I was under the impression that there isn't, since you need to demonstrate the skills test, even if you're just renewing.
