I wonder what would happen to a board certified anesthesiologist if they had written this in one of our journals.

I would imagine the big players would be asking for his head by the end of the day.

This for sure. I have 2 friends who are anaesthetist consultants in England. They are both highly respected, one diagnosed the Novichuk poisoning in Salisbury. I do know an AA who did a rotation in England during his school, but they aren't widely used.
