I'm taking it in november. I've been going through Continuum as well as the Harvard Dementia and Neuropsych course slides.
I am taking this November. I haven't started. I am also interested in a good/reliable question bank. I was told to look at continuum Dementia and BNNP but I don't have access to it.

Do you have junior membership through AAN? Resident and fellow membership through AAN should have Continuum access free of charge.
No. I was never a member of AAN.
Residents and fellows get free access to Continuum by being an AAN member (you would otherwise need to pay for it in addition to membership fee as an attending). It's a good resource for everything neurology IMO and worth paying for with CME fund or professional allowance if you have any.
