After taking step one I think it would have been helpful to look over First Aid and maybe even Goljan more during my classes if for anything to just familiarize oneself with it. Is anyone using or has used First Aid for Step 2 or another board review book during rotations? I have heard FA for the Wards and the Step 2 book are kinda similar. Time is tighter now obviously, but I didn't know if it would be helpful to go over something general like FA for Step 2 at this point.

I'd use case files for each rotation. They helped a lot. This probably belongs in the clinical rotations forum.

My 2cents: I carried Surgical Recall, Scut Monkey(really good for ER/ICU rotations I thought), and The Resident's Guide to Ambulatory Care(good for IM and Family). I also used ePocrates on my Palm, but recently tried out Pepid and thought it was great as a PDA reference. The Tarascon pocket books seemed to be in everyone's pockets as well.
