Is it true that the B.C. exam for general surgery is one of the most difficult board exams compared to the board exams for other specialties?

Has anybody here taken it?

It's similar to the ABSITE in-training exam minus the most of the basic science questions. It's a pretty hard test with less chip-shots then the ABSITE I thought.
