I used Psychiatry Boards Prep. It lets you pick and choose questions from any category, so you can focus on weak areas. So if you're struggling with neuro and psychotherapy you can create practice tests using mostly those questions. I struggled with neuro and vignettes.

I highly recommended checking them out for what it's worth.
