I have a question for those who've already passed the ASA board exam or those who've taken the ITE more than once - what other review books (except Hall’s/Chantigian's "Anesthesia. A Comprehensive Review") are helpful.
While preparing for USMLE steps you find tons of helpful resources (Q books, Q banks, usmleworld, etc). What resources do we have for Her Majesty Anesthesiology?
 
start with baby miller, morgan and mikail, get faust, get michelle starr boards, later on pick up coexisting disease and an ob text..
