For those who have been to interviews already this year or last year and asked about the first time board pass rates, can you please share? I am interested in the pass rates for CSPM, Temple, and Scholl.

I have interviewed at DMU and NYCPM and their scores were something like 95% or 97% for DMU and I think 99% for NYCPM. NYCPM said that they had the highest scores this year.

I am trying to decide between NYCPM, Temple, Scholl, CSPM, and DMU. Any input is appreciated.

If you want you can pm me your email and I can send thr newly released presidents report. (Has most current board pass rates)

NYCPM pt 1 first time last three years:100%-99%-96% as per the three people that interviewed me. Also told me they were highest this year.

NYCPM released in their presidents' report:

nothing in there about CSPM pass rate. Has anybody asked the school when interviewing?

Don't know if DMU's first time pass rate was submitted in the pres report but it was 96%. Won't know a total pass rate for another few weeks.

ha! they always say it is 100% presidents report also says 100%

Not true. DMU reported TOTAL pass rates for step 1 and step 2 for the classes of 2012 and 2013, respectively. This means class of 2014 first time pass rates were NOT reported from DMU.

President's report clearly states "total" pass rate. The school website always publishes both first time and total. As far as I know we are the only school that has done so (on our publicly available website) every year for more than just the last couple of years.

I'm glad to see that more schools are reporting within their presidents' reports (this wasn't always the case). But we still don't have 100% participation and I still believe that the schools should be publishing these numbers on their websites, simply as an accountability measure...it's a pipe dream though.

And if you don't understand why I made the above suggestion, just look at DrRock's posts above about what he was told vs. what was reported. There was another inaccurate report given to a prospective student by a different school in a different thread. Happens more than it should IMO.

so by "total" that includes 1st and 2nd time takers then.
