-I have clinical microbiology made ridiculously simple. Do you recommend that I read through it front to back or use it as a reference book?

-I have rapid review pathology. Do you recommend I read front to back or use it as reference?

-Lastly, I have BRS physiology. And same question as above two.....

I think it depends on your individual strengths and weaknesses, but the general consensus is probably to use CMMRS to supplement FA as a reference, and to read the other two cover to cover (in fact, I have heard of people reading through Goljan RR multiple times).

MRS is good for the charts mostly. I would recommend learning as much from Goljan as possible. BRS is good for a front to back as well.
