what are the different bacterias causing pneumonia in adults, infants, children and elderly? same question goes for meningitis. Theres just some confusion between the dental decks and USMLE.

Use what the Dental Decks say and ignore the USMLE stuff. The USMLE stuff may be more correct, or deeper, or even incorrect, but it doesn't matter. The Decks pull questions and content straight off the NBDE, so even if the answer is in correct that's what they'll expect you to mark.
