Where I can find the ABP minimum requirements for specific rotations for combined AP/CP residency program?

-4 years of training
-18 months of AP
-18 months of CP
-50 autopsies
-Performed some FNAs and Bone Marrows, but it is not spelled out how many

It does not specify what the rotations have to be.
