No matter how many I take, standardized tests are always good for a case of sphincter spasm - especially this one where the questions seemed completely random and totally unrelated to what I do on a day-to-day basis.
 
Phew! Passed... orals in NYC 5/07.

You may be at my hospital for your oral boards. Hopefully we'll get you a good one, i.e. not catatonic and mute 😉

I'll take the catatonic mute pt in a heartbeat... you try as hard as you can for 30 minutes, then present your diagnosis and list all the things you'd want to do with the pt to get them talking again... no data means the examiners have less to disagree with. The dread scenario is the chatty hypomanic hystrionic.
