I just used ASCO-SEP and Hematology Oncology (which I'm not affiliated with although one of my partners went to undergrad with the guy) and did fine. If a live course is your jam, GW has been around a long time and is well regarded.

+1 to HOQ. Despite its interface being kind of frustrating to use, I thought it was a great resource and, in retrospect, probably all I needed.

I thought the ASH Review Series had some good lectures, particularly on benign hematology (which I didn't see very much of during fellowship - at least not the stuff that's on boards)

...although I was still helpless on hemoglobinopathies.
