Detailed answers and there is also an accompanying CD that tests you randomly in 50 question blocks. I think the BSS CD is by far the best interactive program out there, but the books are hard to stay up with, flipping back and forth. And whenever you stay in one organ system for too long you tend to get tunnel vision and only look for cardiac abnormalities, etc.
