Here is a break down on BOLC as it stands for RC (reserve component) as of FY 2016.
Week 1: Day 1 in-process in afternoon, some briefs. The remainder of the week (including saturday), briefs, integrating with the long course, picking up field gear.
Week 2: head into the field early monday am- this week was learning litter carries, obstacle courses, road march, familiarization with M16, land nav (am, pm)friday pm you go back to hotel, saturday classes (ASU inspection)
Week 3: qual with M16, M9, gas chamber, some combatives, head to hotel friday night, saturday class (museum tour)
week 4: roles 1 -> 3, combatives, head to hotel thursday pm, graduate friday
take aways: make sure you have a car. JBSA is a huge base but considered a "walking base" not so if you get put up in a hotel on the other side of the base from the rest of your classmates.
Baby wipes- the showers are spotty and cold.
Packing list- follow it
sunscreen- not a lot of shade in the field
There will be lots of down time
Im sure I forgot plenty of the stuff we did but this a rough outline
also starting in 2017 there will be a 3-4 week "pre BOLC" that reserve/ guard will have to do that will be like basic training (you'll still have to do either the long course or the dist. learning + BOLC)
