Bombed NMBE13. Asking for advice on how to proceed

Can someone offer some advice? My exam is in 3.5 weeks, and I've studied about three weeks so far, finishing a first pass of FA. I average around 50-60% on UWorld. When I took my first NMBE13 today, I scored 196. How should I proceed? I am aiming for 220 but feeling very discouraged right now.

Should I reread FA? Take random Uworld blocks? Thanks!

No worries, I think 3.5 weeks are plenty of time to boost your score up to 220. Just stick to FA and try to master stuff in the book and keep doing questions.

Oh yes of course. Can you regurgitate everything in FA without looking at the book? Trust me, this book is a beast. It still puts me in awe and makes me think I am a fool.
Unless you are one of those smart kids with photographic memory, I think mastering this book is the most efficient way to boos the score.

If it makes you feel better, I scored in the 250s on Step 1 and scored considerably lower on NBME 13. All my nbme practice tests were generally in the lower to upper 240s, but I scored in the 230s for NBME 13--I just sort of counted it as an outlier. It's a tougher test compared to others, at least in my opinion.
