Kaplan is correct. Te has 6 val e-, 2 is spent already so it has 4 val e- left. That also means each 2e- goes to 1 orbital, hence it is a bent or at most a tetrahedral config.
Wiki is created by volunteers and they do have mistypo and can make mistake.
the formula for this shape is AX2E2...Just likewater it has 2 bonds and 2 lone pairs, thus the structure is identical to being tetrahedral (sp3), thus it has to be 109.5 degrees. Just like the profs always say, don't always trust wiki...you can use it, but never quote it for a report 😛.

^and if I remember correctly, that's because the lone pairs occupy more space (or something like that - it's been a long time since my structure and bonding course).
