Hello all. I recently finished a Surg Path fellowship followed by Liver/GI and I have been in private practice since this last July. We do a lot of bone marrows and I was wondering if anyone has a good resource for practical issues like what ancillary studies to order when screening the marrow, approach to the bone marrow biopsy, reporting guidelines, etc. Something like a bone marrow survival guide for the non-hematopathologist? Thanks for any info.
