Anyone have any book recs for the above mentioned topics? I have the ICU book already. What about the "Made rediculously simple book" on the subject? Any other good ones?
 
My favorite is the classic Fluids and Electrolytes in the Surgical Patient by Carlos Pestana. If you can manage fluids and electrolytes in surgical patients with their rapid shifts and changes, you can do the same in any patient. This book is in its fifth or sixth edition, easy to read and covers about everything that you need to know. I finished this one is an evening back when I was an intern.
