I am looking for a good book on peds physical diagnosis which explains the techniques in detail and preferably has lot of pics..

Try Zitelli's; i found that to be awesome for diagnosis, has LOTS of pics, great for inherited disorders and derm.

I agree -- a must have for a peds resident. New edition just came out so you could pick up the prior edition cheap.
