Hey guys,

First post.

Currently an M2. Here is a list of Step1 Prep materials that I'm using. Is this sufficient to get a 240? (my goal)

BRS Physiology
BRS Behavioral Science
Pathoma
First Aid
Uworld and Qbank

I do not want to get anymore Path sources. There are students in my class using 3 different path sources. I am trying to be a minimalist, to avoid overload.

thanks

My sources tell me that if you want to use only 1 path resource, it would be RR.

Good point. BRS makes a wicked path book too I've heard.

lol @ BRS behavioral science over a second path book.

There is probably a reason that people try to overdo path...

Definitely replace Pathoma with Rapid Review Goljan.

Otherwise stick with the outline that the guy above said...Uworld and FA and Goljan.

I'm a fan of Goljan too. Also, don't spend too much time on behavioral stuff. You will most likely see all you need between the small section in First Aid, and the questions that come up on UWorld.

Best of luck!

Agreed with the idea of 'minimalist' above. First Aid, Goljan, and Uworld are the way to go with that strategy.

I'm weak in gross anatomy, so I'm going over HY Gross as well. And if you're weak in physiology, I'd keep BRS phys as well.

Pathoma is new, so most M3+ can't really comment on its usefulness

OP, if you have marked copies of BRS physio and BS, it's not a bad idea to re-read them before you dive into board prep
