My books are too damned heavy. I prefer them on computer for a number of reasons (lighter bag, searchable, cross reference, etc). If you don't like that, then to each his own. Let's start a list of good electronic sources.

StudentConsult.com is Elsevier Saunder's site. I use it for Robbins Pathology, Abbas Immunology, Mims Microbiology)
Stedman's comes with a CD that installs the entire text on your HD.

I'm currently designing a site that's similar to wikipedia but for med. I'm just working out the last couple of bugs, then I'm going to start looking for contributers!
