I have a question about the difference between US DAT and Canadian DAT. I understand that the US DAT has a quantitative reasoning section and the Canadian DAT has a soap carving section instead. I found that most books focus on the US DAT and not the Canadian DAT. I will like to confirm whether or not books like Kaplan sufficient to study for the Natural Sciences section, Reading Comprehension section, and Perceptual Ability section in both the US DAT and Canadian DAT?

I am planning to study by myself and not take the Kaplan classroom. I really hope to get some feedbacks on which books are better – ExamKrackers, Kaplan, Cliff Test Prep, or Barron’s DAT Prep? I found a link on this topic on this forum but it was last updated in 2002 and I am not sure how relevant it is.

I noticed that the Kaplan Prep-book only has 2 full-length practice tests. Where can I purchase more recent full-lengths? Are there books that specifically target the perceptual ability section? I found this section most difficult!

Thank you very much in advance!
