can you guys help me on #27, #29 (TFE section)? (its free version)
I Cannot visualize these two, so tried the line counting method, but didn't work well.
please explain them in line counting method if possible?

Thanks

I don't know how to upload the pictures, so i would really appreciate if someone uploads it instead.

line counting does not work on the actual DAT, so I'd recommend dropping that technique asap. you could be a master at line counting and then get every single TFE wrong on the real dat.

#27 and #29 look very difficult, but if you can quickly eliminate bad choices that do not follow the TFE rules.

#27: this is really difficult to visualize, but you can notice that there are two height changes in both the front + end views that are visible from top down. the only answer choice that shows this is Choice C.

You can see that the lime green lines NEED to be solid because of the colored plane changes.

#29: From the choices and the Front/End views, we can see that there are 3 hexagons stacked on top of each other. The key here is looking at the End View which shows that the Topmost hexagon is in front of the other two. None of the choices except Choice B reflects that and that is your answer.

All the orange lines here needs to be solid. B is the only one that has it.

The key to these problems is to always break it down and eliminate bad choices. They look a LOT harder than they really are, and once you have this down it'll be a piece of cake for you.

Good luck!
