I'm not trying to be a doom and gloom person. But I just want to point out that a lot of the salaries reported for these averages are probably from older dentists that went to school 20 or 30 years ago for way less money, and today own their practice. You can definitely get there with hard work and time, but just be sure to understand that the only way you'll make more than 120 right out of school is if you go corporate, which supposedly is not good times from what I hear, haha.
