It all depends on your practice setting.

But generally speaking, in most practices the non-vascular procedures are done mostly by IR. Part of it is due to workflow efficacy.

Additionally, by doing this fellowship you won't be able to cover IR call which is a huge thing by itself in most groups.

If you like body fellowship, then do it. You can see procedures as a bonus of your fellowship but there is always a possibility that you won't do them once you are done.
