Anybody know about difficulty of getting into the Boston Programs? I know that MGH/BWH and BID are very competitive, but what about BU and Tufts?

I'm at a pretty good US medschool with a Step 1 of 227 and average class rank, strong letters and some research exp. Any ideas on how I'd compete?

Also, how difficult is it to get into the Boston ( and surrounding area) Prelim programs?
