I'm coming for an interview at BU on January 31st. I'm desperately seeking a student to house me for two nights. I've never been to Boston and have no idea where I'm going, etc. If you're out there and can help me I'd be seriously indebted to you. I can't get anyone on the host list to answer my emails. I'd rather not pay hotel expenses for another interview, and I don't think I'm gonna learn much about the school that way. Please PM me if you can help, or even suggest nearby hotels that are within walking distance to the school. I'm getting desperate here. And I'm such a nice girl to have as a guest......low maintenance, not allergic, don't smoke, I'll buy you dinner, etc etc. I feel like this is a personal's ad. I'll stop now, you get the point.

hey there, when i interviewed last year, bu provided a list of students that i could contact to stay with. mostly 1st year students. so, if you didn't get that list, i would call admissions and inquire about it.
